The Rising Stars Revue is a walk-around tasting gala featuring the Rising Stars and their signature dishes, desserts, and drinks. Each Rising Stars Chef and Pastry Chef serve one dish paired with beverages from the Host Sommelier Kevin Toyama and signature cocktail prepped by Rising Star Mixologist Dave Newman. The Revue is open to the public, and features a sparkling wine and caviar reception for VIP guests, an awards ceremony, live music, and the Jade Range “Best Dish” competition. Cocktail attire recommended.
