The Rising Stars Revue is a walk-around tasting gala featuring the Rising Stars and their signature dishes, desserts, and drinks. The walk-around tasting gala will give diners the opportunity to experience 24 of New York’s top restaurants with beverage pairings and cocktails by the winning sommeliers and mixologists, in one location, for one night only.
The evening will be hosted by Chef Elizabeth Falkner of Brooklyn’s Krescendo. She will feature her Australian Lamb Sugo at the Gala and will also announce the winners of the Aussie Lamb Spring Fling New York City dine around.
VIP includes the tasting gala, awards ceremony and private reception with sparkling wine and Petrossian caviar, beginning at 6:45pm. General admission opens at 8:00 p.m. and includes the tasting gala.
A portion of the evening’s proceeds will go to Careers through Culinary Arts Program, a nonprofit that works to advance the youth of America's public schools through one of the few merit-based fields in the country: the restaurant industry. http://www.ccapinc.org/
